My home was flooded during a major storm and was flooded. I called Restoration 1 and they came out right away to survey the damage. They started to clean up and take out the damaged sheet rock, flooring and paneling. They put in the Dehumidifiers through out the house. I felt better knowing that they were there to help us out and we felt so devastated. They were very prompt and professional.

I moved into my new house a few months ago and have had no issues up until recently when a pipe blew in my wall and ruined everything! I called Restoration and talked to Matthew Plum (very polite and professional) and he came out the next morning to help fix the problem. He was on time and worked hard. He fixed the pipe, tore up all the wet sheet rock, the baseboards, and flooring. He dried the rest of the wet building material down to the correct level. He then had another gentlemen from his company come out the next day to start the drying process. The machines were running to dry the building material and Matthew came and followed up to make sure the drying process was going correctly and to check the level or moister as things dried. I would highly recommend Restoration and speaking to Matthew Plum. He’s a very hard worker, polite, and very professional. The company and Matthew are very responsive when you need a situation handled.

We had a toilet leak in the middle of the night that completely flooded our house! Restoration 1 was there early in the morning to immediately to start working. We were new parents with a two month old dealing with all of this, Shannon Plum worked closely with us throughout the entire process making sure we were happy customers. We of course had questions and were so uneducated on how to go about things and they really stepped in and helped us! I would definitely recommend! They go over the top for any of your needs!

These guys still believe in craftsmanship and are experts at the craft. Very hard to find a company that communicates as they do. I never felt I as left in the dark as I have felt with a contractor in the past. While the process of remodeling is frustrating they gave a full schedule/scope and we were able to work around them and not totally feel as a large project was going on in the house. In addition, I cannot tell you how pleased we were with the cleanliness of the crew which again I had not experienced in the past. In short these are the guys you want on your job and in your corner in dealing with the insurance companies....

Pretty awesome group of people. I had Desnekka check on a house that got water in it from storm Imelda. She went out on short notice, answered all questions i had, and knows what shes talking about! I will definitely recommend Restoration 1 to friends and family.
